About Minjeong

Minjeong Kim is an artist based in London. Her practice is focused in body related installation and jewellery.

Her work explores the depths of human existence, both individual and collective, by interweaving sensations that shift and transform over time. Through recurring themes of barriers, symbolism, and the ephemeral nature of being, she reveals the complex tapestry of relationships that shape contemporary society. For Min, jewellery is not merely adornment but a vessel of perception, an extension of the body that shapes how we experience and move through the world. Through experimental processes and materially driven exploration, she creates spaces where the intimate and the collective intersect, inviting viewers to reconsider how we inhabit, perceive, and connect with one another.

Her work explores jewellery as a bodily trace, shifting between extension, absence, and imperfection to reveal how objects interact with the body and reshape embodied experience.
